In this role, you will:
A unique opportunity to combine strategic and not least operational HR work in a dynamic organization.

The business area is part of the Norlandia Health & Care Group AB (NHC), which consists of several different divisions and business areas, offering individualized and quality services in areas such as elderly care, preschools, LSS, and personal assistance in the Swedish market. This position is based at our headquarters in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who:
Has a relevant education in HR and solid experience in operational HR work - preferably within complex organizations.
Is confident, solution-oriented, and structured, with the ability to engage and support managers in both everyday issues and change management.
Has good knowledge of labor law and enjoys working with negotiations, collective agreements, and contacts with employee organizations. Experience from the private sector and working with unionized employees is an advantage.
Communicates fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Has a strong desire to influence and create value in an organization characterized by innovation, warmth, and engagement.

Employment type: Temporary position for 12 months
Extent: 100% Location: Headquarters in Kungsholmen with the possibility of some remote work
Start date: March/April 2026
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
